He has assisted leaders to successfully take on new assignments, especially when they were required to lead immediate and dramatic changes efforts to succeed.

- Consulted directly with COO of a $2 Billion spin-off business to integrate six divisions and start the new organization on a high performance path. Consulted on organization design issues, culture change, leadership team alignment and development, and management alignment and development.
- Designed a leadership development process for an international client that dramatically grew its leadership capability and fueled continued growth.
- Created and established an organizational structure for a $3 Billion non-profit endowment which had just been formed due to an organizational conversion from not for profit to profit.
Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Right, Mark held senior level Organization Development roles in large global organizations, served as chief operations officer for a Midwest consulting firm, and operated his own consulting firm.
As Organization Development Director with Honeywell and then Alliant Techsystems, Mark consulted with C-suite executives on organization design, leadership team performance, change management, talent development, and culture change. As chief operations officer for a Mid-west consulting firm, Mark significantly increased revenue and organization capability, building the firm to become an attractive acquisition. In his own consulting firm, Mark consulted with CEOs and executives across a broad range of industries to improve leadership, strategic execution, and leadership team performance.

Mark has a master’s degree in Human Resource Development, with a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Business Administration. He has completed post-graduate doctoral studies in leadership, change, and organizational performance.
